    Experimental Research on process of Continuous Rolling of Steel Tubes from Continuously Cast Billets

    • 摘要: 在Gleeble-1500熱模擬實驗機上模擬連鑄坯直軋、熱裝熱送軋制和冷裝再加熱軋制3種工藝制度下32Mn6鋼連鑄坯的穿孔過程,分析在不同工藝下壓縮試樣的組織和力學(xué)性能,比較不同工藝對組織和性能的影響,探索采用連鑄坯直軋和熱裝軋制鋼管的可能性。

       

      Abstract: The processes of piercing 32Mn6 steel CC billet under the three technological schedules i. e. on-line pipe-rolling with hot CC billets, off-line pipe-rolling with hot-charged& hot-transferred CC billets and off-line pipe-rolling with cold-charged& reheated CC billets were simulated with the Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator to investigate the structural and mechanical properties of the compressed samples under the said different technological schedules, the structural properties VS the said schedules and the feasibility for on-line pipe-rolling with hot-CC billets and off-line pipe-rolling with hot-charged CC billets.
