    石油管材連接螺紋的無污染零排放表面處理研究

    Research on Non-pollution Zero-emission Surface Treatment for OCTG Threads

    • 摘要: 以納米銅為主要抗磨劑制備成的銅基復(fù)合納米減摩涂料,應(yīng)用于經(jīng)過噴砂前處理的NC38鉆桿和K55及L80油套管螺紋表面,通過摩擦磨損試驗以及全尺寸上卸扣試驗研究其減摩和抗螺紋黏結(jié)性能。試驗結(jié)果表明:銅基復(fù)合納米減摩涂料固化后可在螺紋噴砂層上形成一層附著力較強(qiáng)的銅質(zhì)金屬薄層,能夠極大地降低金屬接觸面的摩擦因數(shù),從而有效地消除石油專用管材螺紋連接處黏結(jié)現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生;該石油專用管材螺紋連接用銅基復(fù)合納米減摩涂料專利技術(shù)可替代目前的鍍銅以及高溫磷化等處理方式,更好地滿足當(dāng)前和未來嚴(yán)格的環(huán)保要求,屬于創(chuàng)新型無污染接箍螺紋表面處理技術(shù)。

       

      Abstract: A copper-based composite nano friction reducing coating(AFRICO)containing nano-copper as major antifriction agent is applied to the sand-blasted thread surfaces of NC38 drill pipes and K55 and L80 oil casings, in order to study its friction reducing and anti-galling properties.The results indicate that AFRICO after curing will form a copperbased thin metal layer with strong adhesion on the thread sand-blasted layer, which can reduce the friction coefficient of the metal contact surface and so effectively eliminate galling of OCTG threads.This technology can replace current treatments such as copper plating and high temperature phosphating.It is an innovative non-pollution coupling thread surface treatment technology satisfying relevant environment protection requirements.
