    集輸管線用X65MS鋼級(jí)抗H2S ERW焊管的研制

    Development of X65MS Anti-H2S ERW Pipe for Gathering Pipeline Service

    • 摘要: 結(jié)合抗H2S X65MS ERW焊管的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求,從材料研發(fā)、制管工藝及檢(化)驗(yàn)評(píng)估等方面對(duì)該ERW焊管的研制情況進(jìn)行介紹。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:采用低C、低Mn、合金化設(shè)計(jì)和超潔凈化冶煉制造的抗H2S X65MS卷板,通過(guò)ERW焊管成型和焊接工藝優(yōu)化控制,開發(fā)出的X65MS鋼級(jí)抗H2S ERW焊管的理化性能完全滿足API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,且其HIC性能滿足NACE TM 0284——2011標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,抗SSCC性能滿足NACE TM 0177——2005標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated with reference of relevant product specification and requirements are the main aspects of R & D of the X65MS anti-H2S ERW pipe,covering material development,pipe-making process and inspection/testing result evaluation,etc. Related test results lead to the conclusion as follows. Separately satisfactory to applicable API specification and the NACE TM 0284—2011/NACE TM 0177—2005-specified requirements are the physiochemical properties and the HIC/SSCC resistances of the X65MS ERW pipe as produced with anti-H2S-corrosion X65MS steel coil made via well-designed low-C & Mn micro-alloying process and super-clean steel-melting technique, and by means of the ERW pipe forming process and welding process under optimized controls.
