不銹鋼外包覆復合管的成型研究

摘要: 簡介了不銹鋼外包覆復合管的生產(chǎn)工藝流程,從成型理論上探討了外包覆不銹鋼帶成型時在成型模塊中的變形,并對具有柔性化的成型模塊孔型進行了研究。Abstract: In this article the manufacturing process flow of the externally-clad stainless steel tube is briefly described; deformation of the steel strip in the forming die during formation process of the clad tube is discussed on a formation theoretic basis;and groove of the forming die which has a softening function is studied.
