摘要: 結(jié)合輥彎成型設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,提出了在輥彎成型的孔型設(shè)計(jì)中影響產(chǎn)品精度的主要因素——成品孔型的設(shè)置,同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)CAD系統(tǒng)對(duì)中間機(jī)架變形量分配加以分析的必要性。Abstract: Based on examples concerning design of roll-bending formation, the author holds that the set up of the final product pass plays an important role in pass designing for roll-bending formation, which affects the accuracy of the product and that it is necessary to use CAD system to analyse the deformation distribution in intermediate stands.
