    X60鋼級管線鋼焊接熱影響區(qū)的熱模擬研究

    Thermal Simulation Research on Welding Heat Affected Area of X60 Steel for Linepipe

    • 摘要: 采用焊接熱模擬技術(shù)對X60鋼級管線鋼進(jìn)行了熱影響區(qū)模擬試驗(yàn)。研究了該鋼在不同的峰值溫度和冷卻時間下的韌性和組織, 測定了其熱影響區(qū)的硬度。結(jié)果表明, 峰值溫度越高X60鋼級管線鋼的組織越粗大、韌性越低;在不同的峰值溫度下, 冷卻時間對該鋼焊接熱影響區(qū)組織及韌性的影響是不同的。

       

      Abstract: The simulation test of the heat affected area of X60 steel for linepipe is made by means of the welding thermal simulation technique. The toughness and structures of the said steel at different peak temperatures and with different cooling times are studied, and the hardness of its heat affected area measured. The result demonstrated that the higher the peak temperature, the coarser the structure of the steel, and the lower its toughness, and that the influence by the cooling time on the structure and toughness of the steel's welding heat affected area varies with different peak temperatures.
