    • 摘要: 論述了二輥斜軋管機(jī)的連軋?zhí)卣骷捌涮厥獾淖冃我?guī)律,剖析了Accu Roll軋機(jī)變形能力較小的原因和提高其變形能力的途徑。論證了短頂頭二輥斜軋管機(jī)是單機(jī)變形能力最大的軋管機(jī),討論了其各道次減壁量的確定原則和分配規(guī)律,舉例介紹了其連軋孔型與變形工具的科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)原則、步驟、內(nèi)容及其內(nèi)外減壁區(qū)的計(jì)算方法。

       

      Abstract: The paper discusses the continuous rolling characteristics and special deformation law of the two-roll rotary rolling pipe mill, analyzes the causes for small deformation capacity of the Accu-roll mill and the approach to increasing the mill's deformation capacity. Also analyzed here is why the two-roll cross-rolling pipe mill with short plug has the maximum deformation capacity as in terms of rolling mill proper, covering the principle for defining the wall reduction and the law of wall reduction distribution with respect to each pass. With relevant example, design of continuous rolling groove and deforming tools are described, involving principle, steps, scope as well as area calculation method for both inner and outer wall-reducing zones.
