    Design,Development and Manufacture of Straightener for Large-sized Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 為保證UOE生產(chǎn)線大直徑焊管直線度≤0.05%L，設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)并制造了一臺(tái)大直徑焊管矯直機(jī)。介紹該矯直機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)械和液壓設(shè)備組成、電氣結(jié)構(gòu)和控制系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備特點(diǎn)，以及投產(chǎn)后的效果；并對(duì)比分析典型規(guī)格鋼管的理論矯直力與實(shí)際矯直力。分析認(rèn)為：該大直徑焊管矯直機(jī)解決了鋼管在矯直過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的擦傷和壓痕、壓制部位橢圓度超差、液壓卸荷沖擊和龍門架異常震顫等問(wèn)題，矯直后的鋼管直線度≤0.5‰L，滿足高附加值鋼管制造要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure that the straightness of the UOE large-sized welded pipe is≤0.05%L,a straightening machine for the large-sized welded pipe is designed,developed and manufactured.Elaborated here in the article are the main aspects of the straightening machine,including the structure,configurations of the mechanical and hydraulic equipment,the electrical structure and the control system,the equipment features,and effectiveness of actual operation.The theoretical straightening force and the actual one of the tubes with representative sizes are comparatively analyzed.It is regarded via the analysis that thanks to the said straightener,all the problems as encountered with during the straightening process of the tube are solved,including scratch and indentation,over-tolerance ovality of the pressed section,impact from hydraulic unloading,and the abnormal vibration of the gantry,etc.The straightness of the tube as straightened is≤0.05%L,being up to the applicable requirements for manufacture of the high value-added steel tubes.
