    Empirical Formula for Calculation of Steel Pipe Cooling Time

    • 摘要: 修正熱軋鋼管冷卻時間理論公式，提出了一種較為接近實測值的鋼管冷卻時間工程計算公式，并對該鋼管冷卻時間工程計算公式進行驗證；此外，統(tǒng)計了幾種熱態(tài)鋼管從850℃冷卻至100℃的冷卻時間。分析統(tǒng)計結(jié)果表明：用鋼管冷卻時間工程計算公式計算出來的冷卻時間與實測數(shù)據(jù)較為接近。

       

      Abstract: Proposed, on the basis of correction of the theoretic formula for calculation of cooling time of the hot-rolled steel tube, is an empirical formula which is used for the same purpose, and can produce data that is further close to the measured values.The said formula is then verified.Furthermore, statistics is made for the cooling times of hot tubes of several types as being cooled down from 850℃ to 100℃.The statistic result proves that the cooling time as calculated with the empirical formula is rather close to the measured data.
