我國電站用高壓鍋爐管的現(xiàn)狀與國產(chǎn)化

PRESENT STATE AND DOMESTIC DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-PRESSURE BOILER TUBES FOR POWER PLANTS

摘要: “八五”期間,超高壓、亞臨界壓力的大容量火電機組將更多地投建和運行,發(fā)電鍋爐容量的增大,運行參數(shù)的提高,對電站用鋼材特別是受壓元件的高壓鍋爐管在數(shù)量、質量和規(guī)格上的要求也就更多更高。文章介紹了電站鍋爐用管的需求情況、主要性能、用管系列及鋼種系列,指出必須盡快改變我國高壓鍋爐管主要依靠進口的現(xiàn)狀以加速高壓鍋爐管國產(chǎn)化進程,提出了相關的措施和意見。

Abstract: During the Eighth Five-Year Plan, a number of steam power plants with extra-high pressure, subcritical pressure and large capacities will be constructed and put into opeiation.With the increase in boiler capacity and improvement of the operating parameters, the quality, quantity and size requirements have become higher and higher for the steels especially the boiler tubes for powet plants.The market demands, primary properties, product seties and steel grades of the boiler tubes for power plants are described. It also points out that the situation that high pressure boiler tubes mostly rely on import should be altered as quickly as possible in order to speed up the domestic develop-ment of the tubes and also the measures and suggestions conerned.
