    鉆桿內(nèi)加厚過渡區(qū)應(yīng)力分布的有限元分析

    FE Analysis of Stress Distribution in Inner Upset Transitional Section of Drill Pipe

    • 摘要: 對(duì)G-105 Φ127mm×9.17mm IEU鉆桿內(nèi)加厚過渡區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)在拉伸和彎曲載荷作用下應(yīng)力分布與應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)的有限元進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算,結(jié)果表明:寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司鋼管分公司生產(chǎn)的鉆桿MIU=103.7~161.9mm,R>300mm,在拉伸應(yīng)力作用下,應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)Kt=1.011~1.06;在彎曲應(yīng)力作用下,應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)Ktb<1。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed and calculated here in the paper are the finite elements of the stress distribution and concentration factors of the inner upset transitional section of the G-105 Φ127 mm×9.17 mm IEU drill pipe under tensile and bending loads. The result shows the key data of the said drill pipe, namely, MIU=103.7~161.9mm, and R>300mm; stress concentration factor Kt=1.011~1.06 under tensile stress and stress concentration factor Ktb<1 under bending stress.
