經(jīng)濟(jì)型抗CO<sub>2</sub>、H<sub>2</sub>S腐蝕油套管的開發(fā)

經(jīng)濟(jì)型抗CO₂、H₂S腐蝕油套管的開發(fā)

摘要: 簡(jiǎn)述了油井管在油田的CO₂腐蝕原理和特點(diǎn)以及低Cr油套管的研制和開發(fā)過程。重點(diǎn)介紹了經(jīng)濟(jì)型抗CO₂、H₂S腐蝕大生產(chǎn)成品管的力學(xué)性能,抗CO₂、H₂S腐蝕開裂性能。運(yùn)用SEM掃描電鏡、X光電子能譜儀、X射線衍射儀、體視顯微鏡等設(shè)備分析了經(jīng)濟(jì)型鋼管經(jīng)CO₂腐蝕后的表面腐蝕產(chǎn)物的組成以及抗CO₂腐蝕的機(jī)理。

Abstract: Briefed here in the article are the principle concerning CO₂ corrosion of oil well pipes in the field and the R & D of the low-Cr-containing casing. Detail description is focused on the mechanical properties and the resistance against CO₂/H₂S corrosion-caused-cracking of the economic type anti-CO₂/H₂S corrosion oil casings as the final products of massive production. Furthermore, relevant analysis are made by means of such facilities as SEM（ scanning electron microscope）, X-ray electron energy spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer and stereomicroscope etc., pinpointing the composition of the substance on surface of the said casing resulting from CO₂ corrosion and the anti-CO₂ corrosion mechanism of the casing.
