    3Cr2W8V鋼穿孔頂頭表面開裂的原因分析

    Investigation of Causes for Surface Cracking of Piercer Plug made in 3Cr2W8V Steel

    • 摘要: 3Cr2W8V鋼經(jīng)過鍛造、機加工、熱處理等工序制作成穿孔頂頭,部分頂頭在使用前出現(xiàn)了表面裂紋。通過對裂紋的宏觀形貌、微觀形貌的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)穿孔頂頭用原材料在冶煉過程中生成的局域性的共晶碳化物偏聚,在頂頭鍛造過程中隨著變形量的增大而導(dǎo)致了表面裂紋的產(chǎn)生。指出使用3Cr2W8V鋼制作穿孔頂頭應(yīng)合理控制碳化物的不均勻度并充分鍛造。

       

      Abstract: Before being operated, surface cracking is developed with some of the piercer plugs which are made of 3Cr2W8V steel with processes, namely forging, machining and heat treatment.Based on analyses of both macromorphology and micromorphology of the crack, it is identified that it is the local eutectic carbide segregation formed during the metallurgy process of the raw material for the plug that causes the cracking developed along with the increase of deformation amount during forging of the plug.Accordingly, measures are proposed, including properly controlling of carbide inhomogeneity and adequately forging, etc., when making the plug with 3Cr2W8V steel.
