    • 摘要: 詳細(xì)介紹了一條擬建的Ф168mmCPE熱軋無(wú)縫鋼管生產(chǎn)線的情況,包括軋管工藝,生產(chǎn)線主要設(shè)備組成及其參數(shù),生產(chǎn)車間平面布置及起重運(yùn)輸情況,項(xiàng)目投資估算情況等。該生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)年產(chǎn)量20萬(wàn)t,投資約5.5億元,計(jì)劃在2014年8月建成投產(chǎn)。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the main aspects of a Φ168 mm hot-rolled seamless steel pipe CPE plant as planned to be built, covering the pipe-rolling process, the configuration of main manufacturing units and relevant parameters, the layout of the production workshop, the lifting & handling facilities, and the investment budget, etc. With a total investment of about RMB 0.55 billion, the production line with a designed yearly output of 0.2 million tons is scheduled to be set up, and put into operation by August 2014.
