    X90鋼級(jí)螺旋縫埋弧焊管的研制結(jié)果及分析

    R & D of X90 SAWH Pipes

    • 摘要: 介紹了X90鋼級(jí)管線鋼鋼帶的情況,分析研究了X90鋼級(jí)螺旋縫埋弧焊管的力學(xué)性能,焊接接頭的組織形貌、硬度及其分布等。提出了優(yōu)化鋼帶合金成分,提高鋼帶頭尾屈服強(qiáng)度、冷卻速度,降低卷曲溫度,進(jìn)一步研究試樣類型對(duì)拉伸試驗(yàn)的影響,制定X90鋼級(jí)管線管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等建議。

       

      Abstract: Generally described is the strip steel for the X90 linepipe;studied are the main aspects of the X90 SAWH pipe,including the mechanical properties,and the structural morphology,hardness and hardness distribution of the welded joint.As a result,relevant suggestions are proposed,namely,optimizing the alloy elements of the strip steel,enhancing the strip's end yield strength and cooling velocity,reducing the strip coiling temperature,further investigating the effect by the specimen type on the result of the tensile test,and establishing the standard of the X90 linepipe.
