    PQF連軋管機(jī)兩種不同換輥方式機(jī)型的對(duì)比分析

    Comparative Analysis of Two Roll-change Methods for PQF Mandrel Mill

    • 摘要: 從換輥方式、設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)、軋制單元以及軋制事故處理等方面詳細(xì)介紹了天津鋼管集團(tuán)股份有限公司的PQF-LCO側(cè)向換輥連軋管機(jī)與PQF-ACO軸向換輥連軋管機(jī),并進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。分析認(rèn)為,PQF-LCO與PQF-ACO兩種連軋管機(jī)的綜合優(yōu)勢有待進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated are the PQF-LCO mandrel mill with lateral roll-change over function and the PQF-ACO mandrel mill with axial roll-change over function of Tianjin Pipe(Group)Corporation,covering such aspects as the roll-change methods,the equipment compositions,the rolling units and the rolling failure solutions,etc. Also made is a comparative analysis of the said two mandrel mills. Based on the analysis,it is concluded that the separate overall superiorities of the two mandrel mills need to be further verified.
