某超深復(fù)雜井井身結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及其石油套管的開發(fā)應(yīng)用
Design of Casing Program in Ultra Deep Complex Wells and Development and Application of Related Oil Casings

摘要: 根據(jù)塔里木油田克拉蘇山前構(gòu)造帶的地質(zhì)構(gòu)造特點(diǎn)和鉆井施工的難點(diǎn)，結(jié)合后期完井測(cè)試和開發(fā)生產(chǎn)的要求，設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了6層變7層套管的井身結(jié)構(gòu)。根據(jù)該井身結(jié)構(gòu)的要求，并通過超深復(fù)雜井中套管服役工況分析和典型失效案例分析結(jié)果，開發(fā)了特殊規(guī)格、鋼級(jí)和螺紋類型的專用套管。60余口井的批量使用結(jié)果表明：該井身結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理，能夠滿足克拉蘇山前構(gòu)造帶的勘探開發(fā)要求；專門設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的特殊套管是安全可靠的。Abstract: Addressing to geological tectonic characteristics and difficulties encountered with well drilling in Kelasu Piedmont Tectonic Zone of Tarim Oilfield，combined with the requirements for well late completion test，and development and production，the casing program of 6 layer casing-7 layer casing is designed and developed.Special-purposed casings with especially-designed size，steel grade and thread type are developed on the basis of the requirements under the casing program，and the analyses of the casing service conditions in the ultra deep and complex well and typical failure cases. The results from batch operations of the casings in more than 60 wells show that design of the said casing program is reasonable，and capable of meeting the requirements for exploration in Kelasu Piedmont Tectonic Zone. And the special-purposed casings as especially-designed and developed are also capable of safe and reliable operation.
