    鋼管輥拔的理論解析

    THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF ROLLER DIE DRAWING PROCESS FOR STEEL PIPE

    • 摘要: 分析了鋼管輥拔的特征,推導(dǎo)出輥拔時輥拔力的解析式。該解析解與實驗結(jié)果較為吻合。以積分中值定理與水平力平衡條件確定了輥模壓力?？晒╀摴茌伆斡嬎銜r參考。

       

      Abstract: Based on analysis of the characteristics of steel pipe roller die drawing process, the analytical equation for the drawing force during roller die drawing operation is derived.The analytical solution obtained via the equation was in close compliance with relevant experiment result.The roller die pressure is set up with the integral mid-value law and the horizontal force balancing condition.The data is referenceable to calculation concerning steel pipe roller die drawing process.
