    國產限動芯棒連軋管機組關鍵技術分析

    Analysis of Key Technology of China-made MPM Plant

    • 摘要: 簡述了國產限動芯棒連軋管機組的研制情況和設備的組成、特點及主要技術性能參數(shù),結合生產實際分析了安裝調試和試軋的關鍵技術要點。指出該機組具有核心技術接近同期世界先進水平,投資成本低等優(yōu)點,可作為目前我國鋼管企業(yè)新建機組的首選方案。

       

      Abstract: Briefed here in the paper are the major aspects of the China-made MPM plant, including the R ＆ D situation, equipment composition, technical features and main technical data. Based on relevant operation practice of the plant, technical tips concerning commissioning and trial operation of the plant are analyzed. It is concluded that featuring low investment, the home-made MPM plant has its core technology equal to relevant world level and is worth selecting firstly when any domestic steel tube maker is to build a new pipe plant.
