摘要: 介紹了在外控式成型器上采用低結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力成型法生產(chǎn)螺旋焊管的機(jī)理,即在外控式成型器上采用預(yù)彎與定徑對中裝置,通過三輥彎板過量變形,利用定徑套和焊墊輥的阻力,從而達(dá)到既獲得標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的管徑又使管壁殘余應(yīng)力降低的目的。采用三輥彎板過量變形加微阻力控制的方法進(jìn)行調(diào)型,可實現(xiàn)低結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力(甚至負(fù)彈復(fù))鋼管的穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)。并詳細(xì)介紹了調(diào)型過程中應(yīng)注意的問題。Abstract: Described in the article is the principle of producing the SSAW pipe with the low structural stress forming process with the externally-controlled forming mechanism. Using the said forming mechanism the tube OD is ensured, and the tube wall residual stress reduced by means of the pre-bending unit and the sizing alignment unit, the three-roll over-deformation plate bending process as well as taking advantage of the resistance as imposed by the sizing bush and the welding support roll. The said regulation via the process of three-roll over-deformation plate bending plus slight resistance control is capable of bringing about consistent manufacturing process of the steel tube with low structural stress (or even negative spring-back). Also described is some key issues concerning the said formation regulating.
