超聲波檢測(cè)鋼管管體分層缺陷方法的研究與應(yīng)用

摘要: 闡述了分層缺陷的檢測(cè)原理, 并根據(jù)分層缺陷產(chǎn)生的特點(diǎn)及在鋼管中分布的位置, 制作帶有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)反射體的參考樣管用于自動(dòng)超聲波探傷設(shè)備的動(dòng)態(tài)校準(zhǔn)。介紹了檢測(cè)分層缺陷閘門的設(shè)置方法, 通過(guò)對(duì)探頭旋轉(zhuǎn)速度、儀器脈沖重復(fù)頻率、螺距等參數(shù)的設(shè)定, 達(dá)到動(dòng)態(tài)下穩(wěn)定地檢出參考樣管上的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)反射體, 實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)鋼管管體分層缺陷的自動(dòng)檢測(cè)。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際檢測(cè)驗(yàn)證了此檢測(cè)方法的有效性。Abstract: Elaborated by the coauthors in the paper are the principle of detection of the steel tube lamination defect. Based on the identified characteristics of occurrence of the lamination defect and its distribution spots in the steel tube, the reference pipe with standard reflector is prepared for dynamic calibration of the automatic ultrasonic detection system. Also detailed are the procedure for setting the lamination-detecting gate, and how to properly determine relevant parameters such as probe rotation speed, the pulse repetition frequency of the instrument, and screw pitch, etc. to consistently identify the standard reflector under the dynamic condition so as to perform the automatic detection of lamination defect of the pipe body. The effectiveness of the above mentioned method is verified through relevant on-the-site detection operation activities.
