    冷拔內(nèi)螺旋凸筋管凸筋拉縮分析

    ANALYSIS OF RIB REDUCTION IN SPIRAL-INTERNAL-RIBBED TUBE COLD-DRAWING

    • 摘要: 凸筋拉縮是冷拔內(nèi)螺旋凸筋管的一個生產(chǎn)難點(diǎn)。本文通過實(shí)驗(yàn),分析了工藝因素對凸筋拉縮的影響,給出了凸筋拉縮的理論計算式,用該計算式可較準(zhǔn)確地選擇拔制管料。

       

      Abstract: Rib reduction is a difficult problem in spiral-inte, nal-ribbed tube cold-drawing. Based on the experiment, analyzed is the influence of the process on rib reduction, and also given is the theoretical calculations for rib reduction, which can be used for more accurate selection of materials for colddrawing.
