摘要: 分析了氣體燃料燃燒裝置產(chǎn)生回火的主要原因和影響因素,結(jié)合鋼管加熱爐氣體燃燒裝置的使用情況和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)以及生產(chǎn)操作過程中的實(shí)際狀況,提出了改進(jìn)燒嘴結(jié)構(gòu)和操作方法,防止燒嘴回火的具體措施,實(shí)施效果良好。Abstract: The main causes leading to and the factors affecting flashback of the gas-fueled combusting system are analyzed. Countermeasures against the said flashback involving modification of the burner structure and improvement of the burner operation manner are put forward, pinpointing the actual operation situation and related data of the combusting system. Good results have been obtained after implementation of the above mentioned actions.
