Validation Method for Seamless Steel Tube NDT Special Processes

摘要: 闡述了無縫鋼管無損檢測特殊過程確認的內(nèi)容（設(shè)備綜合性能測試、無損檢測人員資格及能力確認、無損檢測管理體系與運行評價）、方法及步驟，提出了確認結(jié)論的處置原則、確認周期及再確認的要求，強調(diào)應(yīng)保留所有的確認記錄并根據(jù)確認情況形成整體確認報告。此確認方法及內(nèi)容可供鋼管制造企業(yè)在進行無損檢測特殊過程確認時參考。

Abstract: Elaborated are all the contents，methods and procedures of the seamless steel tube NDT special process as to be validated（i.e.，equipment comprehensive performance testing，verification of NDT operator qualification and competence，and evaluation of the NDT management system and its operation，etc）.Also proposed are the principle for disposal of the validation conclusion，and requirements for validation frequency and re-validation.It is emphasized that all the records from the validation activities should be retained，and a general validation report should be prepared based on the validation activities.The above mentioned validation method and scope are worth using as reference for steel pipe makers to perform validation of NDT special processes.
