    • 摘要: 根據(jù)衡陽鋼管(集團)有限公司Φ89mm半浮動芯棒連軋機組的生產(chǎn)實際,對試車以來生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的鋼管缺陷進行分類分析,分析了不同類型的缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因,提出了避免缺陷產(chǎn)生的措施。

       

      Abstract: Based on the operation circumstances of the Ф89 mm semi-floating mandrel MPM line at the facility of Hengyang Steel Tube (Group) Co., Ltd., all the defects of the steel tubes produced by the mill line since commissioning thereof are classified and analyzed, identifying the causes and accordingly, preventive actions proposed.
