    COMPUTER SIMULATION OF DEFORMATION ZONE SPACE CROSS SECTION OF ACCU-ROLL PIPE MILL

    • 摘要: 介紹了Accu Roll軋管機變形區(qū)空間構成及其形態(tài)的描述;建立了該變形區(qū)三維空間數(shù)學模型;運用相似性原理,對該變形區(qū)空間任意模截面進行計算機模擬,其效果良好。這一方法應用于工藝及工具設計,具有模擬定量和直觀的特點。

       

      Abstract: The article deals with such issues as the structure and form description of the deformation zone space,the setup of a mathematic model of three-dimensional space of the said deformation zone and the computer simulation of random cross section of the said zone,a very effective simulation method which features analog quantity and visibility when applied for process and tooling desing.
