    螺旋焊管等離子切割煙塵的處理

    Fume Disposal for Plasma Cutting of SAWH Pipe

    • 摘要: 空氣等離子在切割工件過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生大量的氣化金屬蒸氣、臭氧、氮氧化物等煙塵,對(duì)周圍環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重。通過(guò)合理設(shè)計(jì)煙塵回收的方法,改進(jìn)吸塵罩的設(shè)計(jì),精心制作安裝并合理使用,將鋼管內(nèi)部的等離子煙塵完全吸入到空氣凈化處理器中,解決了生產(chǎn)車間空氣污染的難題。

       

      Abstract: Serous air pollution of the workshop environment may be caused by the fume that results from the workpiece plasma-cutting operation,and contains a large amount of vaporized metals,ozone and nitrides/oxides.This big problem is solved by a series of preventative actions,including determination of proper collection method for the fume,modification of the fume-sucking hood,and proper installation and operation thereof,which have resulted in completely sucking of the fume from inside of the pipe under the plasma-cutting operation into the air-purifying system.
