    自動軋管機孔型磨損及對壁厚精度影響的探討

    AN INVESTIGATION ON INFLUENCE BY WEAR OF PLUGMLL GROOVE ONTUBE W. T. ACCURACY

    • 摘要: 通過實測軋件周長,對目前采用的軋輥工作直徑計算方法進行了校正,并探討了孔型不均勻磨損對荒管壁厚精度和生產(chǎn)過程的影響;提出了提高壁厚精度和延長孔型使用壽命的設(shè)想。

       

      Abstract: Based on the measurement of the rolled piece perimeter,correction was made to the method for calculation of the working diameter of the roll.An investigation on the influence by the uneven wear of the roll groove on the tube W.T. accuracy and the pipe manufacturing course is made,based on which measures for improving the W.T. accuracy and the groove service life are proposed.
