摘要: 研究分析了天津鋼管公司Φ250mm限動芯棒連軋管機組影響鋼管精度的主要因素。要提高鋼管的外徑精度,必須依據(jù)軋制條件和軋制品種、規(guī)格的變化,合理地設(shè)計、選擇定徑機孔型尺寸。Abstract: Investigated are the main elements responsible for the accuracy of steel tubes rolled by the Φ250mm retained mandrel mill plant located at the facility of Tianjin Steel Tube Co. It is concluded in the paper that to improve the O.D.tolerance of the steel tube, it is necessary to design and select properly the sizing mill's pass geometry in line with rolling conditions and, category and size range of tubes, etc.
