    Strain-based Design of Casing Strings for Serving Cyclic Steam Stimulation Thermal Well

    • 摘要: 分析了某油田稠油蒸汽吞吐熱采井套管的服役行為及其失效模式;提出了一種基于應(yīng)變的套管柱設(shè)計(jì)思路,基于應(yīng)變的設(shè)計(jì)方法主要針對(duì)管柱縱向變形進(jìn)行,其目的是允許材料在安全范圍內(nèi)發(fā)生塑性變形;并應(yīng)用實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了該套管柱應(yīng)變?cè)O(shè)計(jì)的合理性。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the essay are the service behaviors and failure type of the casing as used for the cyclic steam stimulation thermal well of a certain domestic oil field. Accordingly,a strain-based design idea for the casing string is proposed. The method for the design mainly focuses on the longitudinal deformation of the casing string,and is used to allow the material to develop plastic deformation within the specific safety margin. Furthermore, the reasonability of the said design for the casing string is verified via actual service cases.
