Extrusion Process for Manufacturing Bimetal Clad Pipes

摘要: 介紹了冶金結(jié)合雙金屬?gòu)?fù)合管的生產(chǎn)工藝、坯料成型特點(diǎn)以及產(chǎn)品的特性。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明：采用離心澆鑄技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的雙金屬?gòu)?fù)合管坯，經(jīng)擠壓工藝制造的雙金屬?gòu)?fù)合無(wú)縫鋼管具有界面冶金結(jié)合強(qiáng)度高、材料互補(bǔ)性強(qiáng)、后續(xù)加工性能好、使用安全性能高等特點(diǎn)，可以廣泛用于特種鍋爐、高腐蝕性油氣田、化工行業(yè)等腐蝕環(huán)境和熱電廠、礦山等高磨損環(huán)境。

Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the manufacturing process, blank forming features and product characteristics of the bimetal clad pipe as made by means of metallurgical bounding. The application result of the pipe shows that with the extrusion process, the centrifugally-cast bimetal clad blank pipe can be turned into the bimetal clad seamless steel pipe which features such advantages as high interface metallurgical bonding strength, good material complementarity, satisfactory subsequent processing performance, and high operation safety, etc., being worth widely using in various industrial fields with corrosive service conditions like special boiler operations, highly corrosive gas/oil fields and chemical plants, or those with highly-wearing operation conditions such as thermal power plants and mines.
