    螺旋縫埋弧焊鋼管智能制造發(fā)展與展望

    Development of and Expectation to Intelligent Manufacture of SAWH Pipe

    • 摘要: 闡述國內(nèi)外螺旋縫埋弧焊鋼管制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程，介紹螺旋縫埋弧焊鋼管制造裝備的技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀。提出螺旋縫埋弧焊鋼管生產(chǎn)線智能化的發(fā)展方向，分析實(shí)現(xiàn)“黑燈工廠”需要研究攻克的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難題。展望了螺旋縫埋弧焊鋼管行業(yè)的發(fā)展前景。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the article are the development courses of the SAWH pipe manufacturing technologies both at home and abroad.Also described is the present technological situation concerning the manufacturing equipment for the SAWH pipe.Furthermore the development orientation of the intelligentization of the SAWH pipe production line is proposed,and the key technical difficulties as to be overcome for getting the so called Black Light Factory materialized.Finally the development future of the SAWH pipe-making industry is expected.
