摘要: 主要介紹了引進(jìn)日本小型鋼管自動切斷機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)工作原理,在生產(chǎn)使用中出現(xiàn)的故障及其產(chǎn)生的原因,采取的改進(jìn)措施以及改進(jìn)效果。實踐證明,對引進(jìn)設(shè)備的使用維護(hù)及消化吸收,也是生產(chǎn)管理的重要一環(huán)。Abstract: The paper involves main aspects of the hydraulic system of the Japan-made automatic steel tube cut-off machine, covering work principle, failures incurring in operation and causes therefor, and improvement measures taken and the result thereof. Relevant operation has demonstrated that proper operation, maintenance and fully command of the imported equipment is an important part of production management.
