    螺旋縫埋弧焊管補焊工藝評定方法探討

    Discussion on Method for Evaluating Repair-welding Process for SAWH Pipe

    • 摘要: 提出了3種螺旋縫埋弧焊管焊接補焊工藝評定標準，即GB/T 9711—2011標準附錄D、ASMEⅨ—2013和NB/T 47014—2011；從補焊評定焊縫焊接條件、焊縫力學性能取樣方向及驗收標準等方面，分析其差異性；并給出了具體的補焊焊接取樣方法及力學性能驗收標準。

       

      Abstract: Presented here in the essay are the three standards as for evaluating the repair-welding process for the SAWH pipe，namely GB/T 9711—2011，Appendix D，ASME IX—2013 and NB/T 47014—2011.The differences between these standards are analyzed in terms of repair-welding evaluation of welding conditions for the weld seam，direction of sampling for the weld mechanical property test and the acceptance criteria，etc.Moreover，specific sampling method and mechanical property acceptance criteria for repair-welding are presented.
