Oliver伸長率換算公式在X80管線鋼中的適用性探討

摘要: 通過對(duì)比分析Φ1 219 mm×22 mm規(guī)格X80鋼級(jí)直縫埋弧焊管的試制評(píng)價(jià)拉伸試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,以考察ISO 2566-1∶1984中引用的Oliver伸長率換算公式是否適用于新一代TMCP的X80鋼級(jí)管線鋼。對(duì)比分析發(fā)現(xiàn):采用Oliver伸長率換算公式,將Φ1 219 mm×22 mm規(guī)格X80鋼級(jí)直縫埋弧焊管板狀試樣伸長率換算為棒狀試樣的伸長率,其換算值大于實(shí)際試驗(yàn)值,二者絕對(duì)差約為5%,相對(duì)差約為20%;Oliver伸長率換算公式不適用于新一代TMCP的X80鋼級(jí)管線鋼。Abstract: Based on a comparative analysis of the result from the tensile test as for the purpose of evaluation of trial production of the Φ1 219 mm×22 mm X80 SAWL pipe,it is judged whether the Oliver elongation reduction formula as described under Standard ISO 2566-1∶1984 is suitable for the latest generation of the TMCP X80 linepipepurposed steel.The analysis reveals that when using the said formula to converse the elongation of the plate-shaped specimen of the said pipe into that of the round bar-shaped specimen,the equivalent value is bigger than the measured test value,and the absolute difference between the two values is approximately 5%,while their relative difference is about 20%,which demonstrates that the Oliver reduction formula is not suitable for the latest generation of the TMCP X80 linepipe-purposed steel.
