摘要: 介紹了國(guó)外專業(yè)生產(chǎn)不銹鋼和高鎳合金長(zhǎng)管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)工藝與裝備,并與我國(guó)不銹鋼管的生產(chǎn)作了對(duì)比。盡管不銹鋼管是我國(guó)鋼材品種中發(fā)展較快的品種之一,但是產(chǎn)品檔次并不高,發(fā)展高檔次的不銹鋼管,包括不銹鋼和高鎳合金長(zhǎng)管的生產(chǎn),是國(guó)家工業(yè)和尖端技術(shù)發(fā)展的需要。Abstract: Introduced here in the article are the manufacture processes and equipment of some foreign specialized producers engaged in making stainless steel and hi-Ni alloy steel long pipes and a comparison of the domestic production in this field with such companies as well. Although the development of the stainless tubular products is regarded as rather faster than that of other kinds of steel products in the country, the grades of such pipes are not high enough. Therefore developing higher grade stainless steel tubular products, including long pipes in stainless steel and hi-Ni alloy steel is just a demand for development of domestic industry and highly-sophisticated technologies as well.
