二輥式多層組合擠壓輥的設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用

摘要: 擠壓輥是高頻焊管機(jī)組的重要工藝裝備。目前生產(chǎn)口徑大于114mm焊接鋼管時(shí)均采用多輥式擠壓輥,其支架結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,調(diào)整困難,易引起焊縫質(zhì)量波動(dòng)。新設(shè)計(jì)的二輥式多層組合擠壓輥結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)特,實(shí)際使用效果良好。Abstract: The extrusion roll assembly is a critical part of the hi-frequency welded pipe mill.Nowadays,hi-frequency welded pipes with O.D.above 114mm are produced by means of the conventional multi-roll extrusion assembly which has such disadvantages as rather complicated frame,inconvenient adjustment and inconsistent quality of pipe weld seam.It has been proven that the subjective extrusion roll assembly with a unique two-high/multi-level structure newly developed by the author's own company is very effective in operation.
