    • 摘要: 通過對大口徑直縫埋弧焊管項目的市場分析,說明了在"大直縫"建設(shè)時,應(yīng)首先制定一個符合國情、切合實際的產(chǎn)品大綱。在設(shè)備投資和工藝設(shè)計方面,分析了引進二手設(shè)備和部分引進、部分國內(nèi)配套建設(shè)"大直縫"項目的利與弊;并提醒有關(guān)鋼管廠,應(yīng)根據(jù)自己的實力,選擇切實可行的方案。

       

      Abstract: Based on market analysis of the large-sized submerged arc straight weld pipes,it is recommended that when initiating any project of large-sized submerged arc straight weld pipemill,a domestically suitable and practical product mix be first of all developed.Advantages and disadvantages of such projects with equipment imported from abroad or partially imported from abroad and partially locally supplied are analyzed in terms of equipment investment and technological engineering.A caution is given to steel tube makers involved that practical concepts should be developed for such projects depending on their own capacities.
