    連軋管機輥縫調(diào)整機構設計分析

    Analysis of Design of Mandrel Pipe Mill Roll Gap Adjustment System

    • 摘要: 研究了三輥連軋管機側擺式、順擺式、徑向式3種輥縫調(diào)整機構對連軋荒管壁厚精度的影響。從動態(tài)特性、機構耐用性、拆裝難易程度等方面,對3種設計形式的輥縫調(diào)整機構進行了對比分析。認為:擺臂式輥縫調(diào)整機構各方面的性能指標均較好,是綜合性能先進的連軋管機輥縫調(diào)整機構。

       

      Abstract: Studied are the separate influences by three different types of roll gap adjustment systems of the 3-roll mandrel mill(i.e., the side-swing type, the pendulum type and the radial type) on wall thickness accuracy of the pipe as rolled.Comparative analyses are made with the said 3 systems as designed in terms of dynamic behavior, durability and disassembly complexity, etc., which lead to such a conclusion that compared with the other two types, the swing-arm roll gap adjusting system is in possession of better performance indexes, being a mandrel mill roll gap adjusting system with advanced comprehensive performance.
