    APPROACH TO 1Cr25Ti FERRITIC STAINLESS STEEL TUBE MANUFACTURE PROCESS

    • 摘要: 探討了難變形合金1Cr25Ti鋼的制管工藝。試驗表明,采用熱穿孔、熱軋、冷軋冷拔的聯(lián)合工藝,可以生產(chǎn)出性能滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的小直徑鋼管。

       

      Abstract: The manufacture process for tubes with the not-easy-to-deform 1Cr25Ti alloy steel is studied.Relevant experimental operation shows that the combined process of hot-piercing/hot-rolling/cold-rolling(drawing) is capable of producing small-sized tubes up to relevant standards.
