    大直徑奧氏體不銹鋼無縫鋼管的研究與實踐

    Research on and Practice Concerning Large-sized Seamless Austenitic Stainless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 介紹了TP304、TP316、TP321及TP347等300系列大直徑奧氏體不銹鋼無縫鋼管的生產(chǎn)工藝流程以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)控制，包括管坯晶粒度及加熱制度，軋制過程控制，以及熱處理工藝等。對產(chǎn)品的性能檢驗結(jié)果證實：采用錐形輥穿孔機和帶輾軋角的均整機軋制大直徑奧氏體不銹鋼鋼管完全可行，且產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量良好。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the article are the manufacturing process flow and control of relevant key techniques for the large-sized seamless austenitic stainless steel tubes of 300 series(i.e., TP304、TP316、TP321and TP347), including control of grain size of the bloom and heating schedule, and the in-process control of rolling, and the heat treatment processes.The results form inspections of the above mentioned tubes demonstrate that it is a completely practical method for producing large-sized austenitic stainless steel tubes to employ the rolling process of cone type piercer+reeling mill with a toe angle, being capable of producing good quality products.
