    PROFIBUS-DP在直縫焊管擴(kuò)徑機(jī)電氣控制系統(tǒng)上的應(yīng)用

    Application of PROFIBUS-DP to Electrical Control System of Straight Welded Pipe Expander

    • 摘要: 簡(jiǎn)要介紹了PROFIBUS-DP現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用,直縫焊管擴(kuò)徑機(jī)的設(shè)備組成及工藝流程;重點(diǎn)介紹了直縫焊管擴(kuò)徑機(jī)電氣控制系統(tǒng)以西門子S7-400作為核心控制元件,通過(guò)PROFIBUS-DP現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)PLC與6SE70變頻器的通信控制及網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障自診斷的應(yīng)用。實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明:自PROFIBUS-DP投入使用以來(lái),直縫焊管擴(kuò)徑機(jī)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)速度快,控制精度高,網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信穩(wěn)定,“死網(wǎng)”情況極少發(fā)生。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in this article are the characteristi cs and application of the industrial PROFIBUS-DP technology, and the equipment composition and manufacturing process flow of the straight welded pipe expanding mill.Also detailed is how the Siemens S7-400-based electrical control system for the said pipe expander is used to realize the instant communication between the PLC and 6SE70 inverter, and the network self-diagnosis via the PROFIBUS-DP technology.The operation practice shows that since using of the PROFIBUS-DP system for the production line, the straight welded pipe mill has been running smoothly, and so has been the electrical control system itself which features quick-response, high control accuracy, consistent network communication, and very few occurrence of "network crush".
