高壓容器用無縫鋼管的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展

Current Production Situation and Development of Seamless Steel Tubes for High Pressure Vessel Service

摘要: 介紹了目前市場需求量較大的3類（一般、CNG用、蓄能器用）高壓容器用無縫鋼管的常用鋼種和生產(chǎn)工藝現(xiàn)狀,簡述了近年來該產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展動態(tài)與要求。提高煉鋼、精煉水平,改善鋼質(zhì)純凈度;采用連軋管等主要軋管工藝,提高產(chǎn)品尺寸精度和表面質(zhì)量,將有利于該專用管材整體質(zhì)量的提高和品種的擴大及發(fā)展。

Abstract: Described in the paper are the commonly-used steel grades and the current situation of the manu-facturing processes for three types of high pressure vessel seamless steel tubes, i.e., the ordinary tube, the CNG-purpose tube and the accumulator-purpose tube which are mainly demanded in the market at present. Also involved are the development high lights and customer requirements for the said tubes over the recent years. It is emphasized that to improve the overall quality and expand the variety of this kind of specialty tube, some possible measures should be employed, including upgrade of steel melting and refining technologies for better steel cleanness and employment of the latest generation of tube-rolling processes like MPM process for better product dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
