摘要: 介紹并分析了PR700/8冷彎?rùn)C(jī)組生產(chǎn)方矩形管所存在的質(zhì)量缺陷。實(shí)踐證明,通過(guò)改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝可有效地解決方矩形管現(xiàn)有的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,并能提高成材率及綜合技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。Abstract: The quality defects of the square/rectangular tubulars produced by the RP700/8 cold-bending mill are described and analyzed. Relevant practice shows that with the manufacturing process improved the said quality defect problem can be solved economically, and the yield and comprehensive technical-economic benefits enhanced.
