    Developmentand Application of Specialized Device for On-line Judgement of Probe Status of Magnetic Flux Leakage Inspection System

    • 摘要: 針對(duì)漏磁探傷設(shè)備在鋼管探傷過(guò)程中無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)探頭狀態(tài)在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)的問(wèn)題，設(shè)計(jì)一套漏磁探傷在線(xiàn)快速判斷探頭狀態(tài)專(zhuān)用裝置。詳細(xì)介紹該裝置的構(gòu)成、原理及具體工作情況。該裝置可以實(shí)現(xiàn)漏磁探傷過(guò)程中的探頭狀態(tài)在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)，可快速判定探頭性能，大大縮短探頭檢修時(shí)間，提高效率，準(zhǔn)確定位探頭位置。通過(guò)大量的前期試驗(yàn)以及實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果，驗(yàn)證了該裝置的實(shí)用性與可靠性。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problem that during the operation process of the magnetic flux leakage steel tube flaw inspection system, on-line judgement of the probe status thereof is impossible, a specialized device for quick on-line probe status judgement is designed.Elaborated in details in the paper are configuration, principle and actual operation circumstances of the said device.Thanks to the device, on-line monitoring of the probe state is realized, and the probe performance can be quickly determined.As a result, inspection/maintenance time of the probe shall be tremendously reduced, and thus the efficiency of the detection system enhanced, and the probe position accurately located.The practicability and reliability of the device are validated via massive preliminary testing activities, and actual operation effectiveness.
