    SETTING OF MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS FOR LARGE-SCALE LINE-FREQUENCY FURNACE

    • 摘要: 簡介了生產(chǎn)能力為8t/h的鋼管熱鍍鋅工頻感應(yīng)加熱爐的結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理,詳細介紹了熱平衡計算過程和根據(jù)計算出的總功率所選擇的工頻爐主要技術(shù)參數(shù)。該爐具有節(jié)能,節(jié)鋅,減少造渣,無環(huán)境污染及操作、維護簡單,溫度容易控制等特點。

       

      Abstract: Following a brief description with respect to the structure and working principle of the 8t/h line-frequency heating furnace for steel pipe hot-dip galvanization treatment, details concerning the said furnace are present, including computation of the thermal equilibrium and main technical parameters of the furnace selected on the basis of the calculated total power.The furnace features energy-saving, low zinc consumption, slag-reduction, high environmental compatibility, easy operation/maintenance and temperature control.
