    基于三維建模方式優(yōu)化Assel機(jī)組輥型設(shè)計

    Optimization of Roll Profile Design of Assel Pipe Mill with 3D Model

    • 摘要: 采用三維建模的方式對穿孔輥輾軋帶的均壁過程和Assel軋管機(jī)輥型減壁段、輾軋帶進(jìn)行分析和優(yōu)化設(shè)計;并通過生產(chǎn)實踐,確定最佳孔型參數(shù)。生產(chǎn)實踐表明:以2.2°為最佳穿孔出口錐角,通過將Assel軋管機(jī)輥型減壁段修改為多段線方案,輾軋帶優(yōu)化為雙曲線設(shè)計,并調(diào)整軋管機(jī)出口錐角到1.5°;可有效地提高穿孔與軋管工序的壁厚精度和內(nèi)表面質(zhì)量,降低內(nèi)螺紋的深度,使Φ219 mm×8 mm薄壁蓄能器管達(dá)到了±8%壁厚精度的質(zhì)量要求。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed with relevant 3D model are the wall-evening process of the piercing roll rolling zone,and the reduction zone and rolling zone of the roll of the Assel mill. And accordingly optimization design is performed. The optimized groove parameters are determined via production practice. The actual operation of the mill shows that 2.2° is the best piercing outlet cone. The wall thickness accuracy and inner surface quality of the workpiece during piercing and rolling processes can be enhanced,and the inner spiral defect depth can be reduced by means of taking such actions as changing the reduction zone of the Assel mill’s roll profile into a multi-section line,getting the rolling zone optimized as a dual-curve design,and setting the mill’s inlet cone as 1.5°. As a result,the wall thickness accuracy of the Φ219 mm×8 mm steel tube for accumulator service has been enhanced up to±8%.
