    ADVANTAGES OF CPE PROCESS IN PRODUCTION OF SMALL-SIZED LIGHT WALL SEAMLESS STEEL TUBES

    • 摘要: 介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外CPE新型頂管機(jī)組的概況,對(duì)比分析了CPE機(jī)組與連軋管機(jī)組生產(chǎn)熱軋小直徑無(wú)縫鋼管的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。CPE工藝生產(chǎn)小直徑薄壁管具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),可以作為國(guó)內(nèi)中小軋管廠技術(shù)改造選擇方案之一。

       

      Abstract: The article involves a brief introduction to the general situation of the new CPE type push bench pipe production line both at home and abroad and a comparision between the CPE mill line and the mandrel mill line in terms of econo-technical norms for production of hot-rolled, small-sized seamless steel tubes and pipes, The CPE process which has certain superiority in manufacturing small-sized light wall tubes can be used as one of the alternatives for technical Innovation of small and medium sized pipe-rolling mills in the country.
