    Research on Mini-flow Manufacturing Process of X60/2205 Bimetal Clad Pipe

    • 摘要: 介紹了制備X60/2205雙金屬?gòu)?fù)合管的短流程“離心澆鑄+熱擠壓”工藝,并對(duì)其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)——離心澆鑄、熱擠壓加工、熱處理進(jìn)行分析說(shuō)明。對(duì)試制的X60/2205雙金屬?gòu)?fù)合管進(jìn)行性能檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,采用“離心澆鑄+熱擠壓”工藝試制的X60/2205雙金屬?gòu)?fù)合管,界面完全冶金結(jié)合,鋼管綜合性能優(yōu)良,而且生產(chǎn)成本低、成材率高。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the paper is the centrifugal casting+hot-extrusion mini-flow manufacturing process for the X60/2205 bimetal clad pipe,covering an analysis concerning relevant key techniques like centrifugal casting,hot-extrusion processing and heat treatment,etc.Property tests are conducted to the said pipe as made via the pilot manufacture.The testing results show that the X60/2205 bimetal clad pipe made with the centrifugal casting+hot-extrusion manufacturing process has completely metallurgical bonding,and excellent comprehensive properties,while the manufacturing process itself is capable of cost-effective production of the said pipe with hiyield.
