    三輥軋管機(jī)上鋼管變形特點(diǎn)研究(下)

    Research on Deformation Features of Steel Tube Rolling with 3-roll Pipe Mill(Part Ⅱ)

    • 摘要: 三輥軋管機(jī)的3個(gè)軋輥上各有1個(gè)臺肩,其臺肩區(qū)幾乎承擔(dān)了鋼管的全部減壁任務(wù),具有很強(qiáng)的延伸能力,在臺肩上鋼管的變形量大,而且具有集中性、瞬時(shí)性。在研究鋼管變形特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,討論了臺肩的作用、與變形特點(diǎn)有關(guān)的變形量、高合金軋制和薄壁管軋制精度等工藝問題。

       

      Abstract: Almost the complete wall thickness reduction is finished at the zone of the hump on the roll of the 3-roll mill, which means that the hump has so strong elongation ability that the deformation as conducted on the hump is not only large, but also so concentrated and fast. Based on the research on the said deformation characteristics, relevant technological issues are discussed such as deformation amount, rolling of hi-alloy steel and the rolling tolerance of light wall tube. What is resulted from the said research is worth using as reference for tube makers'selection of the mill type.
